Project Overview

Citizen complaints used to scatter across calls, paper, and office visits, with no accountable trail. Jonosheba is the complaint management platform Codezzi built to give citizens and local authorities one clear workflow.

The Challenge

Multiple authority levels, Admin, Union Chairman, Upazila Chairman, and MP, needed role-based views of the same complaint pipeline. Investigations needed named ownership, and citizens needed visible status instead of silence.

Proposed Solution

Digital complaint submission for citizens, an admin review desk, investigation officer assignment, and monitoring panels per authority level, with category, area, and role management underneath.

Outcome & Delivery Proof

A clear trail from submission to investigation to resolution. Transparency up, manual handling down, and a working connection between citizens and their local administration.
