Every CompanyHas a Story.
Ours is Written in Evidence.
We build structured software that solves real business problems. This page is how we earned the right to say that.
Visions die between thought and shipped system.
Anyone who has bought software knows the moment. The demo was confident, the contract was signed, and then the work went quiet. Updates turned into reassurance. Reassurance turned into surprise. The vision that started the project never met the system that ended it.
A successful BPO entrepreneur had watched that moment from the buyer's chair for over a decade. Scaling operations across global markets meant buying software, integrating software, and too often surviving software. The pattern was always the same: the talent was real, the visibility was not. Scope drifted in the dark. Quality lived on trust instead of record. And every failed build cost more than money; it cost someone their vision.
So in 2023 he founded a software company built to be the opposite of that pattern: a builder of systems that make people's lives easier, businesses that run cleaner, and ecosystems that connect. Code in service of exactly that, and a name that says so: Codezzi.
The rule from day one: everything trust-oriented, honest, logical, empathetic. If we cannot show the work, we do not deserve the work. That is the company Musnad E Ahmed founded, and the one we still run.
Partner with industry leaders and build smarter solutions for tomorrow's challenges today.
Unite seven billion lives under one technology umbrella.
The direction of our ambition, not a claim of current reach.
Engineering Clarity.Disciplined Velocity.
The story so far.
Most software fails in the dark. Not because the code is wrong, but because no one can see the work until it is too late to change it. Scope drifts. Status turns vague. Quality becomes a promise instead of a record.
Codezzi was founded in Dhaka in 2023 to close that gap. Six developers, a scrum master, a project manager, and one conviction that has not moved since: technology exists to make people's lives easier, and trust gets earned in the open. So we made the showing the product. Documented scope. Written QA evidence. A decision trail anyone can read back to us.

Today Codezzi runs from Dhaka, Dallas, and Dubai SHAMS with 40+ engineers, shipping for founders, agencies, product teams, and operators across the US, Europe, and Australia.
- A sports recruitment platform recognised as Australia's leading
- A wellness movement carrying 70,000+ participants
- ERPs running multi-branch logistics
- SaaS products live and taking payments
- An ERP we built that runs our own operations — we answer to our own software every working day
The team is structured around business outcomes. Generalists who solve problems, specialists who go deep, one governance standard across all of it.
The journey.
Four years of deliberate growth, one milestone at a time.
Six developers and a discipline
Codezzi opens in Dhaka with six developers, a scrum master, and a project manager. Agile from the first sprint, governance from the first commit. That six-person room ships real systems in year one: DonorConnect, a multi-branch logistics ERP, and SkyCRM, the operations platform we still run ourselves. The team is structured around business outcomes from day one.
The partnership year
Codezzi partners with Sam Hung in Australia and launches three products one by one: Trainstop, recognised as Australia's leading athlete recruitment platform; The Breath Haus, the app behind Australia's fastest-growing breathwork movement; and Ridespotr, an AI-powered car-spotting community. The Ad Management SaaS goes live with payments and real-time dispatch operational at launch. Inside the company, the culture takes its written form, drawing on the Trust Triangle of Frances Frei and Anne Morriss: authenticity, logic, empathy, applied to every build.
The Governed Delivery Lifecycle
The discipline that was always practiced becomes the documented standard: six phases, human-controlled gates, written evidence at every step, on every engagement. Architecture, governance, and delivery, built as one discipline. The portfolio deepens across government, sports, support platforms, and ERP work.
A global footprint, a sharpened brand
Dallas and Dubai SHAMS anchor the footprint alongside Dhaka. The team passes 40 engineers, structured to impact industries. The brand rebuilds around the principle it always ran on: Vision, Shipped. In the open, on the record
Documented behavior. Read it back to us.
Values that cannot be audited are decoration. Ours are working rules, and every engagement gives you the evidence to check them. Our culture draws on the Trust Triangle of Frances Frei and Anne Morriss, whose work we apply inside our delivery practice with gratitude.
Logic
The plan and the proof hold up under questioning at any phase. If an architecture cannot survive your hardest question, it does not survive our own gates either.
Authenticity
Honest status, including the inconvenient kind. The right to be questioned. Nothing hidden behind polish. When we are behind, the weekly brief says so before you ask.
Empathy
The people inside the work stay protected, on both sides of the table. Deadlines are kept without burning the team that keeps them, and a partner's pressure is understood before it is answered.
Visible Delivery
The evidence is the product. Scope baselines, QA records, risk registers, decision logs, weekly briefs. We build in the open because the open is where trust lives.
3-Way Integrity
Every build must hold three values at once.
Technical Value
The system is sound.
Business Value
The scope makes commercial sense for the partner.
Personal Value
The people inside the work are better off for having done it.
A build that drops one of the three is a build we renegotiate or decline.
Your vision could be the next beat.
Thirteen years of discipline behind one tagline, earned the hard way. Vision, Shipped.
