The national athletics federation needed a complete digital platform for its official activities: federation information, athlete rankings, national records, events, training updates, coaches, judges, and media. Codezzi built the platform and the athlete portal at its center.

Federation operations ran on manual processes. Athlete registration, event entry, records, and rankings lived in disconnected workflows, and athletes had no direct digital relationship with the federation.

One organized platform: public-facing federation information, rankings, records, and media, plus a logged-in athlete portal for profile management, event registration, and performance records.

Athletes, coaches, officials, and the public now work from one platform. Manual communication is down, athlete services are direct, and the federation carries a professional digital presence.
