Codezzi is looking for a skilled and motivated Flutter Developer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve high-quality Flutter applications for Android and iOS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, and backend
• Take initiative in guiding junior developers and supporting team-level technical decisions
• Demonstrate ownership of features and contribute to architectural discussions
• Implement state management using Riverpod and other suitable solutions
• Use Hive for local storage, caching, and offline data handling
• Integrate Supabase and Firebase for authentication, databases, and backend services
• Implement and manage push notifications
• Build and maintain real-time communication features using WebRTC and Agora when required
• Identify, debug, and resolve performance issues and bugs
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices
• Stay updated with Flutter ecosystem changes and mobile development trends

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Flutter development
• Strong proficiency in Dart and the Flutter framework
• Experience building and deploying Flutter apps for both Android and iOS
• Minimum two published apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store
• Strong understanding of state management, especially Riverpod
• Hands-on experience with Hive for local data storage
• Experience with Supabase and/or Firebase
• Experience implementing push notifications
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and support team members when needed
• Strong independence to guide, mentor, or coordinate within a development team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
• Knowledge of mobile architecture patterns and clean architecture
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
• Experience with RESTful APIs and cloud services
• Experience with WebRTC or Agora
• Strong debugging and performance optimisation skills
